Get Pre-Approved: A pre-approval letter is basically your “license to shop”. You should have this letter before you begin looking, so you know how much of a house you can truly afford. The Downtown Overland Park Farmer’s Market is a great place to get your hands on reasonably priced produce, herbs and plants, but this summer it’s also a great place to hear some free music.
